From Genesis through Revelation, God
laid the foundation for our promise of Healing. When God
created the earth there was no sickness.
“Genesis 1:26-28: God said,
let us make man in our image, after our likeness and let
them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over
the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all
the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth
upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in
the image of God created be him; male and female created
be them. And God blessed them.”
The Bible goes on to say that
“Genesis 1:31:
God saw everything that he had made, and,
behold, it was very good.”
When God created Adam there was no sickness on earth.
Sickness entered the earth through man’s transgression
and rebellion against God. Sin invaded the souls of Adam
and Eve, and the result of the sins was sorrow.
God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins.
Jesus’ death on the cross of Calvary not only brings
salvation to our souls, but it also removes our
sickness, sorrow and pain.
“Romans 5:12: Wherefore as by one
man sin entered in to the world, and death by sin; and
so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.
“Romans 6:6-10: Knowing this that
our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin
might be destroyed that henceforth we should not serve
sin. For be that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be
dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live
with him. Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead
dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. For
in that be died, he died unto sin once; but in the he
liveth, he liveth unto God.”
Jesus has provided for our spiritual and physical
deliverance from the influence of world. There is no
transgression in Him, and we are alive in Christ
Jesus.’[
“Galatians 2:20: I am crucified
with Christ; nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ
liveth in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh
I live by the faith of the Sons of God, who live me, and
gave himself for me.”
Forgiveness and healing are found in Christ Jesus. Jesus
came to heal the sick. He is still healing the sick
today. In Luke Jesus said: “Luke 4:18-19: The Spirit of
the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to
preach the Gospel to the poor; he hath sent to heal the
broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives
and recovering sight to the blind, to set at liberty
them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of
the Lord.”
Divine health and healing are promised to you over and
over in God’s precious word. The Bible is strong and
true. Hold on to God’s promise by faith for as you do,
God will surely intervene and make a way where there may
seem to be no way for you.
God is and has always been the Healer. God said, “Exodus
15:26: I am the Lord that health thee.” It is His will
for you to live in divine health. What ever you are
facing today, the God of miracles is able to perfect all
the concerns you. You can trust Him to restore your
Health and renew your youth.
Literally, take your requests to the Lord. Don’t
hesitate to say “Lord, here is the need I am bringing to
you today.” He knows our petitions before we even ask,
yet God is waiting to hear the cry of our heart.
How do you experience God’s overflow? The key is simply
to come to Jesus. Peter understood this and that is why
the anointing was so great upon his life that his very
shadow carried God’s healing presence.
God’s promise is to keep us just as He kept the
Israelites of old. We are sustained by the Lord. It is
God, our heavenly father, who gives us life and breath.
We must look to Him for wellness, for our well-being is
not found in bread alone, but through having a personal
relationship with the Lord Jesus.
The cross of Christ brings healing. He was wounded for
our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities and
with His stripes we are healed.
Your victory and recovery must begin internally; within
your heart praised to God must be the foundation. All
transformation is internal, first and foremost. Then the
change becomes apparent externally, as well. When you
think about it, it make sense that all change must come
from inside, not from mere external actions.
If you have received your long-awaited miracle, your
Heart is overflowing with gratitude because of God’s
healing touch and His love and mercy toward you. As you
rejoice at the health and strength that God gives, it’s
important to realize this faith and prayer were an
integral part of gaining your miracle, and they are
equally important to sustaining and keeping it.
Healing comes when we continually see the work that
Jesus did on the cross, when we continually took to Him
today and everyday for our health and healing
deliverance. Only then will healing come.
When you are in the right location (alone with God), the
right position (under the blood), and the right
condition (a prepared, pure heart), God’s stands ready
to honor your prayers with His presence and power.
The Lord is asking us to come into the outer court to
make our requests known and to receive from His giving,
loving hands. He is asking us to come into the Holy
place, seeking Him until we find Him. And He wants us to
come into the Holy of Holies, interceding for others,
where we will find Him able to save to the uttermost.
Jesus is our health and healing; when He comes healing
always come. God Almighty has promised us divine health,
which is better than divine healing. That’s the promise
of God. The Bible says: “I wish above all things that
your prosper and be in health as thy soul prospereth”.
God’s divine desire is for His people to prosper and be
in health. The source of all healing is Jesus.
You, too will experience God’s power as you call on Him
in your time of anguish and fear, for you will find Him
to be your shield and the lifter of your Head. And as
you seek Him, He will fill you with His peace and cause
your sleep to be sweet as He holds you in His arms and
sustains you. The glorious power of prayer, truly great
peace belongs to those who know how to call upon the
Lord.
God said, I will restore health to you and heal you of
your wounds”. Receive that promise today in Jesus’
mighty name.
As you flourish in the house of the Lord, you will
experience a healing river. The Lord wants to bring you
into recovery that washes over you and brings total
restoration to your life. In the Lord you can rest; His
peace and loving care surround. “Psalm 23:2-3: He maketh
me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside
the still waters, He restoreth my soul”.
All God needs is a surrendered container, someone who is
willing to surrender and follow His call. We would
realize, alongside Thomas, that the hands, feet, and
body of the crucified Christ were offered as a sacrifice
that we might fall at His feet and say “my Lord and my
God”. The moment you apply the blood of Jesus to you and
your family, the plagues cannot come. The destroyer
cannot touch you. With the blood of Jesus comes
protection and power. With the blood sprinkled freely
come hope, faith, love and strength to serve Him daily.
Only the blood of Jesus can save you, heal you, and keep
you.
You can gain victory, you can say, with God’s help I can
overcome. God promises to help you overcome whatever you
face as you seek His direction. God is your redeemer and
He will help you. The Lord is with you. God has ordained
that you recover all, be victorious and be more than a
conqueror.
Divine health was God’s perfect will for man. Divine
Health is better than divine healing, for it is for
better to always enjoy health than to have health
restored after years of suffering and pain. Yet we must
thank God than health and healing are part of our
inheritance as His children. Isaiah 53 declares that
because God sent His son no sickness has any legal right
over you. As you grasp the depth of this truth, you will
experience the reality of your inheritance in Christ as
it relates to your health and healing.
How do you experience God’s over flow? The answer is
simply “come to Jesus”. You may say, “Well that is fine
for spiritual matters, but how does that apply to my
physical health? Can I experience such wholeness in
Christ Jesus that I lack nothing? There is no lack in
Jesus. He does not have health. He is health. He does
not have healing, He is healing. All that you need is
found in Him.
Just as it was in Jesus’ day when signs and wonders and
miracles were beheld, so it is today. Miracles still
happen, blind eyes still receive sight, deaf ears still
begin to hear, and the crippled and the lame still leap
to their feet and walk. The immutability of God’s
character is certain. Whether a miracle takes place
instantaneously or over time, God does heal yesterday,
today and forever.
Total recovery can be yours; yes we still live in bodies
that will corrupt. We have not yet put on immortality so
we must still fight sin. The difference is that once we
are born again, we are no longer in bondage or slavery
to sin. Thank God for the blood of Christ, our ever
cleansing fountain.
Fear is one of Satan’s most formidable weapons, one that
he often uses. If Satan tries to use fear as a weapon
against you to steal your miracle, remember identify
your enemy and resist him. According to God’s word, you
are to call upon God and tell Him what you are going
through. “Psalm 34:4 says: I sought the Lord, and he
heard me, and delivered me from all my fears”.
As we remember the Lord each day, He sustains us,
strengthening our bodies for His service and good will.
God causes us to thrive and experience divine
preservation as we acknowledge Him. And as we submit to
His guidance, conform to His image, and walk faithful to
His will, we will bear fruit in vibrancy and strength.
We become vessels of honor to serve Him.
The Lord is about to do something mighty in your life,
and all you must do is call upon His name. As you do,
His anointing will flow down as fresh oil. God’s promise
is that your dry, parched ground shall become a pool of
water.
God’s people should be a healthy people. His word has
given us guidelines to follow which show us how to find
health, healing and renewal in every area of our lives.
It is God’s will for us to be whole in body. But it is
our responsibility to take care of ourselves and lead
healthy life styles.
There are many marvelous passages in God’s word that
establish the fact that God has promised restoration and
abundance. Recovery is not something for which we merely
hope. It is the promise of God. That means you regain
all that has been stolen from you through the eternal
work of the One with the name above every name, the Lord
Jesus. Through Him you regain your strength, are
restored to health and rescued from destruction, become
established in God’s kingdom and are made new.
God’s grace is sufficient for you, and His strength is
made perfect in your weakness. In His presence you will
find all that you will ever need. What is strength? It
is the capacity for endurance and the power to resist a
force or attack. God will strengthen your life with His
anointing and take you from one high point to the next,
from weakness to great strength, from lack to great
abundance from passivity to power. God has commanded
your strength, “Psalm 68:28: Thy God hath commanded thy
strength; strengthen, O God, that which thou hast
wrought for us”.
Through varied opinions and perspectives exist on this
age old question of God’s ability to heal, one final
authority prevails, the word of God. I believe that the
scriptures tell us clearly that it is God’s will to heal
His children and that it is His desire for you to enjoy
the blessings of divine health and to experience the
blessings of His healing touch. Our loving Heavenly
Father wants you to be well and to enjoy health and life
in its fullness. His promise to us for healing and
health is the same today as it was to every generation
in the past.
Whenever God forgives you, He wants to heal you as well.
Te only problem is that many only accepts the
forgiveness of sins and not the healing. If we are under
a double curse, sin and sickness, we must accept the
double cure, forgiveness and healing. The goal of the
enemy is to steal what God has given to us as His
children. Each day walk in the victory of your healing.
Live a life filled with health, strength and victory.
Our Father desires to spend time with us now as
preparation for an eternity together with Him. He wants
to be involved in everything we do. He desires to guide
our steps. He cared enough offer His only begotten Son’s
life as a sacrifice for the purpose of saving our souls
and revealing His will to us.
Faith does not deny fact, it changes it. Faith is vital
to your miracle; prayer does not produce faith, for
God’s word states that: “Romans 10:17 Faith cometh by
hearing, and hearing by the word of God”. Faith for
healing comes by hearing the word of God in scriptures
like “Mathew 8:17: Himself took our infirmities, and
bare our sickness”. Healing is received and kept by
faith. You must allow God’s word to continually wash
over your spirit. So that faith can grow. The truth of
this is what brings life and liberty, what sets us free
and keeps us free.
Continue to see yourself well and whole, healed in
Jesus’ name. Experience the rich inheritance that is
yours through Jesus Christ. Learn what God’s word
promises and stand on those promises. Say good bye to
doubt and unbelief. Trust the God who healed you to keep
you today and every day.
The Bible states that your body is the temple of the
Holy Spirit. “1 Corinthians 3:16-17: know you not that
ye are the temple of God, and that the spirit of God
dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God,
him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy,
which temple you are”. You are its caretaker. It is your
responsibility to take care of your physical body as the
temple of God. Be a God caretaker of God’s temple and
don’t allow your miracle and the riches of divine health
to be stolen from you.
The greatest miracle takes place when a lost soul
recognizes that hope lessness of his or her eternal
state without God and cries out for mercy. As you come
to know forgiveness and the glorious, saving grace of
Jesus Christ, the greatest miracle occurs. Jesus Christ
loves you so much that He gave His life for you by dying
on the cross. If you have never asked the Lord Jesus to
forgive your sins and invited Him into your heart, do so
today and experience that greatest miracle available to
mankind.
Are you thirsty today? Do you need a touch from heaven?
Do you want a greater anointing upon your life? Jesus
said “John 7:37: If any man thirst, let him come unto
me, and drink”. Jesus is the source. He alone can fill
your life with all the fullness of God. As you go to the
Lord is prayer today, your fellowship with God will
increase, and He will draw you into a deeper, closer,
and greater walk with Him, anointing you with a power
that will help you live a life of total recovery.

Healing was essential to the ministry of Jesus because He had
the power to perform miracles. They flowed from within Him as
heat from the sun, as wet from a waterfall, as dry from sirocco
winds. He knew it, people sensed it, and to Him they came in
droves and multitudes. In unconquered confidence, Jesus welcomed
blind, crippled, leprous, even dead people into His presence. No
problem loomed too great for His skill; none intimidated Him
into silence. He performed all the healings we would expect
since He came as God's Healer.
Healing was essential to the ministry of Jesus because He had
compassion equal to His power, as Matthew 8:17 notes; as Matthew
14:14 illustrates. When the burgeoning throng interrupted His
plans for a quiet retreat with His disciples, He healed their
sick, then He fed them. That contrasted starkly with the
disciples, who wanted the pesky crowds dispersed.
Knowing they could receive help if only they could access Him,
people responded to that compassion, in bold, unorthodox ways.
The Canaanite woman struggled through His disciples' desire to
dismiss her, and His own initial, courteous refusal, to get what
she knew she could trust Him to grant (Matthew 16:28). The woman
with a hemorrhage crept silently through the crowd to merely
touch His clothes (Mark 5:28). And the crowds "begged him to let
the sick just touch the edge of his cloak," (Matthew 14:36), for
"all who touched him were healed."
Healing was essential to the ministry of Jesus because it
symbolized His success in the spiritual warfare between Himself
and Satan. In ongoing discussions about evil, all secular, and
many Christian thinkers fail to mention Satan as the agent by
which illness, disease, and disaster entered the world.
Yet, in Luke 13:16, Jesus identified Satan as the enemy
responsible for the harm done to humanity. Satan hates God
compulsively, but has no recourse but to harm the humanity made
in God's image. He unrelentingly attacks humanity, knowing His
time to oppose God's creation is short (Revelation 12:12).
Whenever Jesus confronted Satan's presence in illness, disease,
or demon-possession, He overcame the symptoms of Satan's
presence to prove His conquest of Satan personally. Since "The
reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work.
. ." (1 John 3:8), He had to dismantle the apparatus of illness,
disease, and demon-possession by which Satan exercised control
over creation. The victory He won in the wilderness could be
authenticated in ministry only by evicting Satan's power from
the lives he had bludgeoned.
By healing all bodily systems, and every bodily dysfunction,
Jesus reclaimed and recovered for God all that Satan pirated.
Healings proved that Jesus had invaded Satan's realm, shackled
him and, despite his unavailing protests, plundered and snatched
from his malevolence any victim He pleased.
Through all His healings, Jesus assaulted Satan from first one
corridor, then another and still another. Satan never knew where
the next attack would originate or how devastating it would be.
But when it came, he always felt IT was the hardest blow yet!
Healing was essential to the ministry of Jesus because He
envisioned healing as a physical symbol of forgiveness. He
guaranteed the ultimate glory of the human body through His
personal resurrection, but forecast that restoration by healing
twisted, shrunken, blinded limbs and organs. The paralytic's
restoration is but one of many such examples (Mark 2:1-12).
All of our physical ailments, limitations, and adversities have
their final removal in the Master's initial healings and
ultimate victory over death. The perfected result of forgiveness
is the new, imperishable body Paul described in 1 Corinthians
15:35-57.
Healing was essential to the ministry of Jesus because healings
offered indisputable evidence that He is the Christ of God (John
21:30-31). Understand: He considered healings as credentials,
but only as extensions of Himself as His own best defense.
Understand: since Jesus expected healings to recruit faith in
Him, He wouldn't heal gratuitously. Thus, when the Pharisees
wanted to see a miraculous sign (Matthew 12:38), He instead
figuratively preached His death and resurrection. On His second
visit to Nazareth, He performed but a few miracles because the
people doubted Him (Mark 6:5). And He turned a cold eye on
Herod's hope for a miracle (Luke 23:9). Nevertheless, in
Christ's works lurked evidence that God Almighty lived in human
form and loved the humanity created in their |

The miracles of Jesus range from changing water into wine to
healing the lame and the blind. How do we know He did these
things? We have the eyewitness testimony of four gospel writers,
who record at least 35 miracles of Jesus. (For a complete list
of Christ's miracles and where in Scripture you can find them,
click on the link at the bottom of this page.)
Miracles of Jesus - What Are They?
A miracle of Jesus would be defined by the Merriam Webster
dictionary as "an extraordinary event manifesting divine
intervention in human affairs, or as an extremely outstanding or
unusual event, thing, or accomplishment." According to the
Biblical Studies Foundation, a miracle "is an unusual and
significant event (terasa) which requires the working of a
supernatural agent (dunamis) and is performed for the purpose of
authenticating the message or the messenger (semeion)."
While there are many explanations for what a miracle is, we can
probably all agree that the word "miracle" describes an event
that occurs outside the bounds of natural law, and which is
beneficial in its result. During the course of His three-year
public ministry, Jesus performed miracles that demonstrated His
ability to heal, to master the elements, to affect the outcome
of our endeavors, and even to raise the dead. Every one of His
miracles occurred outside the bounds of natural law, and all of
them had a beneficial result.
Miracles of Jesus - What Lessons Can We Learn from Them Today?
If we look at just the first miracle of Jesus, recorded in John
2:1-11, we learn a lot about this singular Man. First, even
though He was God and "on mission," He took time to go to a
wedding. Jesus loved people; He came to be with and save people.
Do you value your relationships and look for ways to bless
others when you are with them?
Second, Jesus turned water into wine at His mother's request.
Did Mary expect Him to do a miracle? We don't know that, but we
can see from the verses that Mary clearly relied on and had
faith in her Son to be able to fix a bad situation. Who do you
turn to in times of trouble? Are you relying on someone you can
trust to do the right thing?
Third, when Jesus performed this miracle, He was demonstrating
His power over nature. When His disciples saw this, John tells
us, they believed. Also, Jesus didn't settle for just ordinary
wine, but turned the water into the finest of wines, showing
Himself to be a Man full of the joy of life. Have you been
searching everywhere for truth, but putting off Christ for last?
Why wait? Do you believe Jesus is the Son of God? Have you
thought that being a Christian is to live a dull, boring life?
Jesus wants you to believe as His disciples did, and the
experience promises to be dynamic, exciting and life-changing.
Does Jesus still perform miracles today? After all, we don't see
Him physically walking in our midst - or do we? Do you know
someone who has been healed or whose life has been transformed
by a relationship with Christ? Then you have seen a modern-day
miracle of Jesus. You, too, can be an eyewitness to a miracle of
Christ. Like Mary, you can ask Him, believing He will do what is
best for you. Let a miracle of Jesus begin in your heart right

If you desire to pray for the power to
receive healing or if you just want to
release your faith for health and wholeness
You can receive right now
Jesus is where you are right this moment
Jesus is the healer;
Your part is to say and do.
So you say these things out loud.
You say;
Jesus is my healer
He bore my sicknesses and my diseases and pain
I expect to receive now.
Pray this prayer in faith and mean it with your whole heart
Accept it and believe it!
Father, the word of God, that I have heard and confess
is the power of God unto my salvation
I confess that Jesus Christ is Lord
over my life, spirit, soul and body
I receive the power of God to make me whole,
sound, deliver, saved and healed now
I act on the word of God and receive His power
Sickness, disease and pain
I resist you in the name of Jesus
You are not the will of God
I enforce the word of God on you
I will not tolerate you in my life
Leave my presence,
I will never allow you back
I have been healed and made sound
Jesus made me whole
My days of sickness and disease are over
I am the saved, I am the healed and the power of
sickness has been forever broken over my life
Jesus bore my sickness
Jesus bore my weakness
Jesus bore my pain and I am free
No sickness, no sin, no fear, no evil addiction
shall lord it over me any longer
I have been redeemed from the curse
and I receive the blessing
I proclaim my freedom in Jesus name
The gospel is the power of God to me, unto my salvation
I receive the gospel, I act on the gospel and I am
made whole in the name of the lord Jesus Christ.
Amen! |
